Huli Huli Chicken

Huli Huli Chicken is a Hawaiian-inspired BBQ Chicken. It’s sweet and savory and smoky and ABSOLUTELY delicious. Kids can even help whip the marinade and it’s something my family all loves. For a great meal with Hawaiian vibes, we love to serve it with a classic island combo of white rice and macaroni salad! It’s also great in any type of grain bowl, with your favorite roasted vegetable, and leftovers are just as great (hot or cold!)
Smoked Tri Tip Roast

Tri tip is one of my very favorite cuts of beef. It’s perfectly sized for a family dinner, and not overwhelming to cook in both size and effort. it only needs minimal seasoning and a couple hours on the smoker- and there’s no complicated steps like spritzing with liquid or brushing with sauce. Simply leave it on for a couple hours and then give it a quick sear and it’s the most perfect no-fuss summer meal that’s sure to impress! "I came upon this restaurant after walking for an hour, very hungry and having had quite a terrible morning. They seated me quickly and gave me a tall glass of water and the menu. The lunch specials are all 10.95 (super affordable!) and give you enough food to feed yourself (I know the photo looks sparse, but I took it partway through eating!) The music they put on is lovely, and a volume gentle to the ears but enough that other parton’s chatter is background noise, and the food is quite literally the best I’ve had this year! It took my morning and turned it right around. I’m writing this review in the middle of my meal, but I know I will leave relaxed and ready to go on with my day. Thank you Mastracchio‘s West! Made my day."
