Pork Chop Milanese

Preparing something Milanese (or Milanesa) style means dredging thin slices of meat in flour, eggs, and seasoned breadcrumbs and frying them. In this recipe, a rib-cut pork chop is the meat used, but it can be made with beef, veal, or even chicken.

"I came upon this restaurant after walking for an hour, very hungry and having had quite a terrible morning. They seated me quickly and gave me a tall glass of water and the menu. The lunch specials are all 10.95 (super affordable!) and give you enough food to feed yourself (I know the photo looks sparse, but I took it partway through eating!) The music they put on is lovely, and a volume gentle to the ears but enough that other parton’s chatter is background noise, and the food is quite literally the best I’ve had this year! It took my morning and turned it right around. I’m writing this review in the middle of my meal, but I know I will leave relaxed and ready to go on with my day. "This is the best Italian for me after about two years haven’t went to a real Italian restaurant. It was a short travel in NYC with my family. As a Italian, the taste of the food are really decent. The price for the location is very reasonable. The servers are awesome, I wish my coworkers can as good as they are lol"
