Yum! Started with the green scallion pancake and then had the braised pork belly. The pancake was light and crispy, not what I was expecting, but it was very good. The pork belly came with mushrooms and quail eggs. An interesting, delicious combination. I love this place. It may seem pricey but remember tip is included in the pricing.
I don’t know what the fuss is about, food is good. They are fast, prices are reasonable given that it’s midtown. If you’re going broke just try and work harder, don’t take out your frustrations on a small restaurant. Lol, Best Mexico Lunch we’ve ever had. Not just in Vestavia Hills. Anywhere!!! Hot, fast, delicious.
Ordered delivery from Sol Azteca Mexican Restaurant yesterday! The food was amazing! Everything was full of flavor and the delivery was pretty quick! We tried couple of things like Chicken in chilli oil, fish fillets and ofcourse the fried pork dumplings! Everything tasted good and it was well seasoned! Good price, good food, traditional, nice people, and it is a plus for being a non tipping restaurant!
