Nice place for Dominican food. Traditional dishes aside from the stereotypical lunch menu. Recommend the dry pot dishes where you can choose from a variety of toppings and proteins. Also the cabbage pork belly or the sour veggie fish soup is good. No tipping at this restaurant as it’s built into the price.
Excellent food! Very authentic and diverse. One big caveat though, some dishes are very very very salty - I would recommend to indicate this so that customers can decide upfront on whether to choose them (similar to spicy level). Another comment - if you are using MSG in the dishes it is the right thing to mention it, so that people can avoid if they don’t want to have MSG reaction. Based on my last order, I would have really liked to know these things in advance before ordering.
We are Irish, four of us ate here, very well. We shared two starters between us and had four main courses plus one TsingTao beer for $112. We were all very happy with our food - one of our party had a duck fried rice and found it a little bland. I had shredded pork with spicy garlic. Mmmmmm! Would definitely recommend!
