This type of food is characterized by its dry spicy flavour and also cured/smoked ingredients. Unfortunately, one of my friends who I went with doesn’t have a high spice tolerance, so we did not order that many spicy dishes. It was still an incredible meal. But I need to pay another visit to experience the true flavours.
Loved the food. We tried almost all of the food and they’re delicious! The food were the best I’ve ever had. The bbq pork were my second favorite. The entrees were amazing as well. The restaurant was slow when we got there and we still had to ask for drinks a few times. So service could have been faster but everything else was top notch!
It’s really a surprise (good) to us that we found really decent authentic food at J J Restaurant in Ashland while almost every friend told me the best Family food is in Ashland (we tried 2 restaurants with 4.5+ rate, neither impressed us). Now, I’ll have to disagree with them. The most precious matter we enjoyed is the detail attention the chef dedicated to the food.
