The food here is super flavorful & authentic! I stopped by for a late night take-out order after work, and the staff was very nice and the food was ready extremely quickly. They recommended the farm house pork, shredded pork with garlic sauce, and Dan Dan noodles. They were all excellent, even after a 30 min commute to home! Pleasantly surprised to have found this gem near Birmingham, will definitely become a regular :)
Ga Briella‘s Restaurant offers very authentic Soul Food food. So delicious. I ordered sauteed cauliflower with dried pork and sautéed Hunan smoked pork with green leek. They were so good that almost made me cry. They tasted exactly like the dishes I had in China, specifically in Hunan. I will definitely mark this restaurant as my favorite and recommend my friends to come.
Nice place for Soul Food food. Traditional dishes aside from the stereotypical lunch menu. Recommend the dry pot dishes where you can choose from a variety of toppings and proteins. Also the cabbage pork belly or the sour veggie fish soup is good. No tipping at this restaurant as it’s built into the price.
